Winifred Bessimay de Winkerville, simply known as "Bess," is a Cocker Spaniel and the girlfriend of Itchy Itchiford.

She appeared in four episodes of All Dogs Go to Heaven: the Series. She was voiced by Tress MacNeille. At one time, Bess was shown in a purple sweater with green trim and matching pants.
