Harley Quinn was the long-suffering girlfriend and henchwoman of the Joker.
About Her[]
At one time, she was the Joker's therapist at Arkham Asylum, but he lied to her about having an abusive childhood at the hands of his father to win her sympathy. She eventually helped him escape. However, he treats her with little to no respect. He often kicks her out of his gang when she annoys him, only to bring her back when he decides that he wants her again.
However, eventually, she manages to break the Joker's hold on her and leaves crime behind. She raises a family and grows old, as seen in Batman Beyond: Return Of The Joker.
